Far too much noise

Quirky place with active staff and nice views. Comfy bed, large and newly renovated rooms.

The room was brand-new and generous-sized for towel, and I liked it. The venue's position was very central. Very good service, though a few employees were busy.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Characterful base for 3 nights with very well mannered staff from reception to waiters. Excellent very central location, near to Burnley for work, restaurant and seats, and Blackpool.

Possibly the best and very comfortable stay for a wedding. Spotless room, gorgeous breakfast. Quick check-in, very-very nice employees. Magnificent location in a good area really close to the Marina and The Forest of Bowland, motorway and Forest of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales.

The rooms were pet-friendly and brand-new, they come with clean towels, music, bath. The breakfast was gorgeous and complete with the fact coffee was served in a coffee pot rather than a cup, of cereals, jam or marmalade.

The bed was old, that's my bad luck.

It was a functional building, the rooms were well-appointed with a garden view. The location was perfect as for me, adjacent to THE RESTURANT.

Liked our well-appointed room with ample space and the functional-style building. The location on a bus route into Burnley with frequent buses was perfect. The staff was experienced, decent, and responded promptly to requests.

Tasteful property, has really good and welcoming staff from reception to waiters. New-fashioned, cheap room, with exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Great and beautiful location for Burnley, really close to Burnley for the weekend.

The stay for whole visit certainly was great value for money. The food was fantastic - variety of options. Bed was very neat, room was generous sized and functional. The staff was extremely polite and superfriendly and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Location - marvellous, not far from Forest of Bowland, leisure centre and paddy, s market. Recently renovated rooms, comfy beds, gorgeous breakfast.

Not so helpful staff!

The breakfast was good cooked and on BARELY WARM plates, the staff was amicable! The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for traveling around Burnley, just next door to a restaurant with ambience, kempt grounds gardens, and local pubs. Also, this hotel was situated 7 km from tourist destination like Turf Moor Stadium.

We find it great value for money in Burnley. Liked the standard twin room and the way it was setup.

The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. The view over pleasant gardens it had was nice. The location was unbeatable and tranquil, at a short distance from St Luke the Evangelist.

Standard double room with 4 poster bed was the best. The staff were courteous people with the very friendly and helpful receptionist, and location was marvellous.
