Brand-new and neat rooms with paintings. Bonus point for a minibar, a sofa bed, and an iron. Quiet location just next door to the mountain, national museum of history and car rental. Also, to Business Park.

The room I booked was reasonably large and huge with the mini bar and which cause trouble during sleep. The location was excellent - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

I got reasonably large and huge room, it was included with a double bed, very nice bathroom plus a couple + 3 children. The location was absolutely perfect and the staff were extremely helpful.

Relaxing overall experience. Wonderful hotel, stylish rooms, particularly good view of mountain. Traditional breakfast with tasty food. Such a terrific service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Location really close to Sofia June 2016, and a shopping mall and places to eat.

Generally, really enjoyed this quiet accommodation with welcoming staff with my request for and english menu. Had an elegant maisonette, which allowed me to enjoy good view of mountain. The bathroom was nice, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room was spacious, accommodating four people comfortably. The hotel offered an impressive spa and pool, along with various facilities. The rooftop restaurant provided fantastic views. Additionally, the breakfast selection was extensive and satisfying.

The staff is very nice, rooms are spacious and facilities are great. Really good value for money.
My only real problem was breakfast: we chose the "Full English Breakfast" option from the menu and we were really dissappointed - it arrived completely cold and half of the items stated on the menu were missing. No juice, no toast, no coffee, no porridge. Only some bacon and sausage and eggs but all cold.
