Good and incredible location in Mecca, not far from masjid and the holly mosque and a mall. Excellent and cooperative staff on reception and elsewhere. The well-equipped and big size room with extra toilet.

I enjoyed the place, its amazing and excellent breakfast.

This accommodation was in the central location close to holy mosque. Apart from that, Safa and Marwa Hill was 5 minutes' drive away.

The room was a nice size and we had central heating, pay television, and a laptop-size safe.

A nice size and well-equipped units with 4 adult and a partial view plus oven, service-minded employees. Location - ideal, just off the restaurant as well as Makkah, close to Haram, and close to shopping. Also, in general everything was great.

It was in the central location unable to get taxi easily to the airport. Again, the hotel was 15 minutes by car from a cubical shrine.

All in all - had a wonderful 5 night stay. It was in a central setting in al qandil restaurant. Besides, it was 10 min drive to a cubical shrine.

The units were big and beautiful with breakfast. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the holy mosque and situated in a newly built shopping complex. This made it extremely convenient for me to access the mosque and also have access to various shops and restaurants. The variety of food selection at the hotel restaurant during breakfast was excellent, and the staff provided high-quality service. The cleanliness of the hotel was also highly commendable, and the staff were pleasant and available whenever needed.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with 4 adult, oven, kitchen and care about everyone. An electric kettle and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The hotel offers incredible location to the holly mosque.

All in all they offer great service.

There were climate control, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel television in the room, really enjoyed that. And it was beautiful, the bathroom - reasonably spacious.

My stay here was really nice! I appreciated this famous hotel, its magnificent location and highly courteous staff. The room with extra toilet. The location was marvellous and convenient for traveling around Mecca, adjacent to the airport, Masjid Al Haram and a mall.
