Spent an eventful week at this hotel. The diverse facilities ensured plenty of relaxation opportunities. The prayer areas proved convenient, and the room comfort was top-notch. I found the onsite shopping rather tempting, leading to a few unexpected purchases. The location near significant sites was definitely a highlight. it was a smooth and enjoyable stay with seamless connectivity. The library was a peaceful retreat after long days exploring. Public parking did dent my wallet a bit, but the experience was worth it. A recommended spot for a laid-back stay. Cheers!

The spacious rooms at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah were truly a five-star experience, with elegantly designed marble flooring and comfortable carpeted floors. The hotel's convenient location, a mere 4 km away from the Kaaba, offered a seamless experience for our family of four. The extra charges for the additional persons were waived as a gesture of hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This was a minor oversight that slightly affected our overall comfort.

The room as such was luxurious and tidy. The staff was great and made us feel comfortable. The location was brilliant and super for traveling around Mecca, very close to Makkah Millenium & Clock Tower, everything, shops, malls, and other restaurants and services.

we stayed at the hyatt regency and were impressed with the hotel overall. the rooms were clean, neat, and in great condition, with plenty of amenities in the bathrooms. the location was ideal, just a 30-second walk from King Fahd gate. The front desk staff, especially Hassan, was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely book this hotel for our future trips.

Its service was terrific. The position of the hotel was brilliant, close to eateries. Also, a massive mosque was 4 km away.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and the event facilities were top-notch. The conference center and meeting room were well-equipped, and the complimentary wired internet access made it easy for me to stay connected for work purposes.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business concierge to assist with any last-minute business-related needs and requests.

The hotel was in the very central setting near food court. The staff was great, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

It is a fine base for shopping. The breakfast is sensational with a huge variety of dishes.

Check-in was lightning-fast, no waiting even during busy hours. Breakfast was out of this world, beats Conrad any day. Room service was top-notch. Superb!

The room was nicely furnished and neat and it had soft bathrobes, a shower cap, and fresh towels, that's cool. The staff was excellent co-operating and attentive providing the information. Our location was magnificent specially in Restaurant, enjoyed it.
