Nice room with the top terrace and private balcony, for example. Impeccable service and a rooftop restaurant onsite. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

This charming and serene hotel is perfectly located near the beautiful Ganges river. Guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the river while dining at the on-site restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to guests needs, providing free guide services to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast is extensive and delicious with many options to choose from.

The restaurant lacks variety and ambiance, and there is no alcohol served on the premises.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location right on the shores of the magnificent Ganga river was simply breathtaking. I could sit and admire the stunning views of the ghats for hours. The staff were incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. They provided excellent room service and even arranged a car hire for me. The room itself was cozy and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. I also enjoyed spending time on the patio, relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture. the service and the location of this place were truly exceptional.

The hotel had a great boat service that made it easy to explore the surrounding area and see some amazing sights. the views from the top floor were breathtaking and really made the stay feel special. One more thing that stood out was the architecture of the hotel, which was unique and charming.

Sadly, my experience at the hotel was let down by a few key factors. the room I stayed in had quite a few insects which made me feel uncomfortable.

Stayed during Christmas and had a great time. The hotel's beautiful view from the rooftop was breathtaking with monkeys hanging around. Walking through the small alleyways of Varanasi was an unusual treat. , the location was perfect as it was right on the banks of the river Ganges.

The hotel had limited food options. , the pillows and sheets could have been of better quality.

The hotel was well-maintained, with clean facilities, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
