The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were very polite to us, making our stay really good. The breakfast was better than expected, with a range of non-cooked options and great service. The hotel's location in Franz Josef was convenient, close to the town center and plenty of restaurants.

The restaurant here provides incredible food and service, with convenient amenities like electric kettles and refrigerators in the kitchen.

I liked spending time at Scenic Hotel Franz Josef Glacier. The staff made sure my room was functional and neat.- The Michelin star rated restaurant at the hotel served amazing food and provided excellent service.- Having a private safe, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in the room was great.

Functional, brand-new room with a balcony, a mini bar, and a lounge area. Comfortable pillows and bed. Decent location in a very comfortable area near to the Franz Josef Glacier, attractions and restaurants and cafes, restaurants & tour agencies. For tea or coffee visit Grill n Wok Cafe nearby.

The pool here is amazing, and it's convenient having parking close by, the rooms have two double beds, the staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating, and the surroundings are beautiful, especially being near Mountain Helicopters.

The room was fairly quiet and bright with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel has a marvellous location just a short walk from restaurants, shops, a pub, and even a helicopter pad. It's also conveniently close to the West Coast Wildlife Centre.

The staff at the in-house restaurant were very helpful. I appreciated the stunning mountain view.- The location of the hotel was peaceful, just a short walk away from St James Church.

This place is located in a quiet area with the West Coast Wildlife Centre nearby, and the staff here are completely professional and extremely helpful.

Unbeatable location and totally professional and patient staff were a definite plus. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Franz Josef bus stop.

The personnel was impeccable and understanding. The location was remote, fab close to eateries etc. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like The Canopy Restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
