The hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-maintained gardens, a temperate pool, golf and mini-golf courses, and even tennis and soccer fields. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean, and provided gorgeous landscape views. The breakfast options were delicious, with both à la carte and buffet styles. The staff was dedicated and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Immersed in a fairytale atmosphere, nestled in the volcanic hills, our stay at this hotel was a dream come true. The well-kept garden and beautiful streams surrounding the property create a truly magical experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the delicious food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Despite being a bit further away from the town, it was a safe and enjoyable walk to explore the surroundings. Plus, the kids absolutely adored the hammock on the terrace.

The rental golf clubs offered on-site were in poor condition and not up to par with the rest of the resort's facilities.
