We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. We arrived quite late due to a delayed train, but our room was still reserved and waiting for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were even greeted with a glass of wine and a rose since it was my birthday. The hotel is located near everything, including the famous movie theatre of the city and the palace, but still offers quiet rooms. In addition, the business centre was open 24 hours, which allowed us to send emails at any time of the day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of local and foreign options.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with delicious regional dishes. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. The hotel was in a great location near a lively market area and had a variety of nearby dining options.
The hot water was not consistently hot and the wifi was spotty. The travel desk was not open during my stay and staff recommendations for local activities were limited.
