The hotel was in a marvellous location, away from Malls. Besides, it was adjacent to the common areas of the ranch, the restaurant and the Warner Springs Ranch.

Our room was not only well-appointed, but also good-sized with A/C, modern heating. The location was comfortable and peaceful, a 10-15 minute walk from Mortero Rock;))

This hotel was useful base for exploring Warner Springs, enjoyed it. Location: the property was right by the best areas in California and tranquil mountains and the restaurant at the golf club. Furthermore, on the tennis courts near the golf course.

Appreciated Warner Springs, the hotel was nice in the areas that they are actually renting out. In overall the room was brand-new and with modern heating and A/C, for example. This was a very pleasant stay, reasonable prices.

There were some maintenance issues with the grounds, including overgrown weeds and dead trees.

The hotel was located next to the restaurant. The staff were amicable, great. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. The stay was absolutely really nice.

The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The rustic and cute decor added to the charm. The hot springs pool was a highlight with its relaxing and chemical-free water. It's great that they regularly clean and maintain the pool. The fact that there are no TVs in the rooms encourages guests to disconnect and enjoy a good book or spend time in the TV/game rooms at the lodge.

Figuring out where to check in was a bit difficult and the process could be smoother. The lack of a TV in the room may not be to everyone's liking.

I had a great experience at this resort. The cabin we stayed in was quiet and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is well-guarded and check-in was easy. The area surrounding the resort is beautiful, even if you don't play golf.
