Great breakfasts with nice food. Very pleasant staff, excellent service, awesome views. Unbeatable and amazing location of the hotel, short walk to palomino, a restaurant with seaview and several beaches. Also, directly at the beach.

The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a nice area, near to the restaurant as well as palomino. The staff was polite and helped with the free parking. The location was particularly good and beautiful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Zazue.
The staff - some of them were very rude.

zuana was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations in santa marta. the resort had a genuine, non-commercial vibe with great live entertainment and activities that embraced the local culture. the pools and grounds were beautiful, the room was comfortable with excellent amenities, and the staff provided fast and friendly service.
Luggage retrieval and customer service could be improved.

transport from the airport to the hotel and back should be a permanent shuttle service for hotel guests.
